About Us
So if there were ever something I could call myself a master of, it would be being a jack-of-all-trades. I am an Architect and a Product Designer by trade, which I love. Along the way, I have picked up a few passions I am trying to keep alive. One of them is cooking. I have been cooking for a long time, but have been doing it seriously (and with a purpose) only recently. I am by no means an expert,t but I do take cooking seriously and have done my share of self-learning to reach where I am today. At best, I am a serious home cook. Being creative by trade helps in cooking, and vice versa. I find cooking an amazing channel for creative expression. It is part art, part science, very much like product design. Except in cooking, there is another dimension that one has to master, and that is to make the food genuinely taste good. That is what sets cooking apart from other art/creative forms. This blog is to document my journey in this field. I do not have an end goal in mind for this project. For now, it is a passion at best.
Although the purpose of this blog is not to promote the Keto diet, I do have to admit that I am big time into the low-carb diet. So, most of my recipes (but not all) will be keto-friendly. I have created a filter on this blog so you can easily find those recipes. I also include a very rough calculation of Macros for each recipe that should be used only as a guideline.
Like any other art form, the artists or the creators thrive on appreciation and support. Hope you try some of these recipes and leave some good feedback. If you have questions, please do not hesitate to ask. I am not a pro writer. I may not always be very clear, or there may be some mistakes.
