All Recipes

So the thing is that there are many recipes that are intrinsically Keto by nature. They qualify as Keto recipes on their own because there are no carbs involved in their cooking. However, they are also great recipes for anyone who is not on Keto because such recipes are

typically "paired" with a carb component to make it a balanced diet intake. Indian cuisine, in particular, is a great example of this. Most of our curries do not have any major carbs component in them on their own. That's why I love Indian cuisine so much and cook it a lot. They are typically served with a side of something like a Roti, Naan, Paratha or Rice which can easily be included or omitted, based on your diet preference. So they are really versatile in that sense. This section, therefore, contains both the recipes that are balanced on their own (Carbs are present within the main dish) and also the recipes that qualify as Keto recipes, but if eaten with a side of Carbs, also qualify in the balanced diet category.
