Quick and Easy Cheese Cake



  1. Take 400gm Cream Cheese, and

  2. 120gm Granulated Sugar

  3. Fold and Mix

  4. Add 200gm Sour Cream

  5. Fold and Mix

  6. Add 150ml Heavy Cream

  7. Fold and Mix

  8. Add Two Whole Eggs

  9. Fold and Mix

  10. Add 2 tbsp Corn-Starch,

  11. 1.5 tbsp Vanilla Extract, and

  12. 1/4 Lemon Juice

  13. Pour into the dish

  14. Shake and level

  15. Bake 30 minutes at 180° C (with some water in the tray)

  16. Reduce to 150°C and bake for another 30 minutes

  17. Turn off the oven and leave the cake in the oven for 1 hour

  18. Cool it down to room temperature outside the oven

  19. Refrigerate for 6 hours

  20. Done ✅
