Quick and Easy Cheese Cake

Take 400gm Cream Cheese, and
120gm Granulated Sugar
Fold and Mix
Add 200gm Sour Cream
Fold and Mix
Add 150ml Heavy Cream
Fold and Mix
Add Two Whole Eggs
Fold and Mix
Add 2 tbsp Corn-Starch,
1.5 tbsp Vanilla Extract, and
1/4 Lemon Juice
Pour into the dish
Shake and level
Bake 30 minutes at 180° C (with some water in the tray)
Reduce to 150°C and bake for another 30 minutes
Turn off the oven and leave the cake in the oven for 1 hour
Cool it down to room temperature outside the oven
Refrigerate for 6 hours
Done ✅
